❤️ BHASHA AND BEYOND 4.0 — MEMORIES TO CHERISH, MOMENTS TO RELIVE, RELATIONSHIPS TO TREASURE! ❤️
I came back carrying packets full of happy memories, laughter, warmth and a few relationships that have grown even more special. ❤️
A delayed flight, Delhi traffic and a late arrival home meant that I could sit down to write only after a few relaxed breaths, and only after a few days, soaking in the fun and joy ...😁
But first, THREE CHEERS TO THE ENTIRE TEAM #lwg FOR THE SUCCESSFUL CULMINATION OF BHASHA AND BEYOND 4.0! ✨🌟🎉
What a wonderful journey it was!
From participating in the multilingual poetry session and reciting my Bangla poem, to presenting my English poem at Poetic License-the icing on the cake was guest Sadiya Siddiqui telling me she would like to read my poem again! Can you imagine my elation? ❤️
Being the sutradhar of Hall Kalakutir on Day One was a responsibility, made wonderfully smooth by my co-partners Sara and Shweta. And what better way to end the day than with a medley of songs at the cultural evening! Thank you, Aparna Di, for that opportunity. 🎶
Day Two brought another enriching experience with my interactive life-skills session, “Listen, Reflect and Respond.” The audience was absolutely wonderful! Judging the poetry-writing contest alongside my dear friend Renu Mishra was another delight-and discovering some surprise poets among the participants was a lovely bonus!
On the second day of the event, I had the honor of unveiling my fourth book-a Hindi poetry collection titled Kuchh Dil Se. It was an incredibly emotional moment. 📖❤️
Launching this Hindi poetry collection in Lucknow-my birthplace & my mother's home town-felt like a true homecoming. (Will write about this in another post)
And then there were the conversations, the new connections, the familiar faces, the authors I met for the first time, and the friendships that found a little more room to grow.
Bhasha and Beyond 4.0 was not just an event; it was an experience that nourished my creative spirit and warmed my heart.
My heartfelt thanks to the entire LWG family, especially dear Neelam Di and Renu Mishra, for making me feel so welcome and giving me the opportunity to be a part of this beautiful family.
I returned with memories, inspiration and the wonderful feeling that some journeys give you much more than you ever expect.
Until next time, LWG!
Keep the words flowing, the music playing and the friendships growing. ❤️✨
