THE MOON DIVINE
On a velvety carpet,
With thumping hearts that turns scarlet
The blood,racing through the vein,
As romance envelopes the brain,
Hand in hand we dance to love's tune,
As we traverse to the silvery moon.
The shimmery roundel on grey silk
Studded with golden stars, all of a shiny ilk,
The silvery light glows on our faces,
As Diana, changes places,
We try to reach out to her, travelling on this dreamy oasis,
A fragrant breeze silently races.
The fragrant breeze blows my hair
They get entangled on your hairy chest bare,
Blood races to my cheeks,
Your eyes flashing love streaks
As you bend down to place your lips on mine
And kiss me, I get a taste of thine.
All this while 'She' stands witness,
Surrounded by the dark stillness,
A passing cloud smiles by,
To tease us with a few droplets, it did try,
As we continue towards her, our love shrine,
The Moon smiles, elegant and divine.
